In the app (instant)

1. Open Rihla and tap the menu (☰) to open Settings.
2. Under Account, tap Delete account and confirm.

This immediately and permanently deletes your Rihla account and its cloud copy: your name, email address, user ID, saved places, recent places, trip history, trip plans and synced settings. Data stored only on your phone stays there until you uninstall Rihla or clear its data.

Without the app

Email salam@fwz.ai from the Google account you signed in with, with the subject “Delete my Rihla account”. We delete the account and all of its data within 30 days and confirm by email.

What we keep

Nothing linked to your account. Traffic camera reports are stored with a separate anonymous ID, contain no personal information, and remain visible to other drivers while useful (mobile camera reports expire after a few hours). See the privacy policy.
